Sarajane Goodfellow Joins CBRE Denver Office

CBRE announced that Sarajane “SJ” Goodfellow has joined her Denver office as Senior Vice President. Ms. Goodfellow partners with Chris Phenicie and Allison Berry to focus on representing office owners in downtown Denver.

Ms. Goodfellow joins CBRE after serving as Director and Market Leader for Unico’s Colorado and Austin, TX portfolios comprising nearly 4.2 million square feet. In this role, Ms. Goodfellow oversaw rental efforts focused primarily on the urban core. office buildings. The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa Avon, Vail Valley, has welcomed Alejandro Cerda as the award-winning Colorado Resort’s new Food and Beverage Manager.

With over 18 years of hospitality experience, Cerda has spent the last 5 years at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, as General Manager of Food and Beverage for the Kimpton Hotel Monaco in Pittsburgh and the Kimpton Muse Hotel At New York. Other past experiences include restaurant management positions at Hyatt Regency Jersey City in New Jersey, Andaz 5th Avenue – a concept for Hyatt in New York, and for Grupo Habita hotels in Mexico City.

An avid skier and hiker, Cerda is delighted to be returning to the Vail Valley. He previously spent a ski season as a restaurant supervisor at 8100 Mountainside Bar & Grill at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa.

Originally from Mexico and fluent in English and Spanish, Cerda graduated from the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management at Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. He also studied commerce at Northeastern University in Boston.

Michael has 14 years of experience in a multitude of types of institutional projects, including K-12 facilities, higher education institutions, healthcare facilities, manufacturing, laboratories and municipal projects. He has experience in the design of a variety of building systems including controls, lighting, emergency and back-up generator systems, primary and secondary power distribution, and UPS systems. .

Craig is an electrical engineer with over 25 years of experience in various healthcare, institutional and commercial facility design projects. He has extensive experience in developing high quality creative solutions for expansion and renovation projects. He is well organized and detail oriented. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University and currently holds bachelor’s degrees in seventeen states, including Wyoming and Colorado.

Ryan joined Cator, Ruma in 2017 and has twelve years of mechanical design experience. He has extensive experience in roles ranging from research to design and project management. He has designed HVAC and utility systems for complex installations including laboratory, higher education and manufacturing projects. In addition, he has experience with clean rooms through Class 10,000 and ISO 7 classification and cGMP manufacturing facilities.

Philip joined Cator, Ruma & Associates in 2015. Since then he has carried out projects in many sectors, with a solid background in higher education. Philip has 9 years of experience in designing several types of electrical systems for higher education, K-12 schools, research laboratories and the aerospace industry. Philip is an excellent team player and his ability to incorporate project goals into his work is a valuable asset to any project team.
